Privacy Policy
VELOUR Estate is a private venue in Bermuda Dunes. This site lets you send us an inquiry about booking it and join our list. This policy explains what we collect when you do, and how it is handled.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you give us. When you submit an inquiry or a newsletter signup on this site, we collect the details you enter into that form — which may include your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write about your event, dates, and guest count. A newsletter signup collects just your email address. We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not create an account for you.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, plan and quote your event, and — if you asked to join the list — send you occasional news, updates, and offers about the estate. We do not sell your information or hand it to advertisers. You can unsubscribe from the list at any time.
Who it is shared with
We rely on a small number of service providers who process your information on our behalf:
- Mission Hub Lead Engine — the system that receives inquiries and list signups from this site and routes them to us. It stores submissions in Supabase (a database hosted in the United States) and runs on Vercel.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Image and font delivery — photographs on this site are served from third-party media hosts (Framer's image CDN and Cloudinary), and typefaces are served by Google Fonts. As part of delivering those files, those providers see your IP address.
We do not add other third parties without updating this policy first.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own, and there are no tracking pixels that follow you across the web. Note that our social links (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) lead to those platforms, which run their own tracking once you are on their sites — not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. List subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your information and we will.
Your California rights
California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to correct it, and to have it deleted. We honor these rights for anyone who asks. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising — so there is nothing to opt out of. You will never be treated differently for exercising a privacy right.
Not for children
This site is intended for adults planning events. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update it here with a new effective date.
